    Invites have been sent to all established NM patients 18 years of age and older with high-risk condition as defined by the Illinois Department of Public Health to schedule their appointment for COVID-19 vaccination at a Northwestern Medicine hospital. First dose appointments are limited due to limited vaccine supply; new appointments are added as vaccine arrives. Please check back frequently.
